He integrates his deep experience in investment banking and financial advisory with a commitment to innovation and ethical practices. His goal is to build iQ Circuit into a firm that exemplifies excellence, innovation, and a client-centric approach, powered by the transformative potential of AI.

His extensive background in finance includes leadership roles at iQ Circuit, and experience at Jefferies, Old Mutual Investment Group, KPMG and Intellego Investment Consultants, where he honed his expertise in investment management, strategic advisory, and deal execution across diverse sectors and asset classes.

Denzil is committed to continuous learning and expanding his expertise. He is currently completing his MBA at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and is a CFA Level III candidate, further solidifying his foundation in advanced financial analysis and strategic thinking.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Denzil is deeply interested in economic empowerment, education, and the advancement of science and technology, reflecting his broader commitment to driving positive change in the world.

Tinayeshe Shoko Co-Founder & Senior Partner: iQ Circuit  

Tinayeshe Shoko is a co-founder and serves as a Senior Partner at iQ Circuit, where he applies his expertise as a Data Analyst and AI Architect. In this role, he collaborates with various small-scale businesses to enhance their operational processes. His technical skillset is comprehensive, encompassing Retrieval-Augmented Generation to integrate external data into language models, AI research involving NLP architectures and transformer models, and extensive data science experience using Python (including pandas and scikit-learn) for statistical modeling and machine learning. Furthermore, he is adept at end-to-end software development, writing clean code in Python/R, utilizing Git workflows, and deploying applications.   

Tinayeshe's background includes significant experience in finance and management roles. He currently works concurrently as a Data Analyst for Canyon Restoration Services (based in Arizona, USA), handling financial accounts, project management, and payroll remotely. Previously, he served as Finance Manager at Chiponda Mine from 2014 to 2018, where his responsibilities included financial reporting, HR functions, training, statutory compliance, and sales, leading a team of supervisors and the finance department. His early career included an attaché position at Econet, focusing on IS applications like billing and USSD web services.   

Academically, Tinayeshe holds an Honors degree in Business Studies and Computer Science from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ) and was a recipient of the Joshua Nkomo Scholarship of Excellence. During his time at UZ, he also worked as a Tutor for Sage Pastel Accounting software trainees. Beyond his professional and academic pursuits, Tinayeshe has been involved in leadership and community activities, including volunteering as a Career Mentor with the Higherlife Foundation and serving as Head of the Joshua Nkomo Scholarship Alumni Membership Committee. He is also an athlete who enjoys running marathons and hiking. 

Kudzaishe Shoko Associate: AI Automation & Tech

Kudzaishe (Tatenda) Shoko is the Chief Technology Officer of iQ Circuit, where he spearheads the company's technological vision and implementation of AI-powered finance solutions. With a strong background in operations management and computer specialisation, Kudzaishe is passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation within the financial sector. His focus is on building robust and cutting-edge technological infrastructure for iQ Circuit, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of AI-driven financial services.

Kudzaishe brings a diverse range of experiences to his role. Prior to joining iQ Circuit, he served as Operations Manager, Co-Founder, and Computer Specialist at Adeao for over six years, demonstrating his versatility and leadership in technology-driven operations. This extensive experience provides him with a deep understanding of both the technical and operational aspects crucial for a Associate role in a dynamic finance company.

Kudzaishe is committed to continuous professional development, holding certifications in Basics of Finance from HP and numerous programming languages from Sololearn, including C, C#, Python, C++, Java, CSS, PHP, SQL, jQuery, HTML, and JavaScript. This broad skillset underscores his technical proficiency and dedication to mastering a wide array of technologies relevant to his role at iQ Circuit.
